Structural testing throughout the process of construction requires professional inspectors.

What we do

As a group of professional testing and inspection engineers that are nationally recognized with over 35 years of experience, we can perform a wide range of structural component testing that can give you more confidence through any type of construction process.

We are able to test various types concrete anchors including:

Concrete anchor testing

Concrete screw anchor testing .

Concrete drop-in anchor testing

Concrete wedge anchor testing

Concrete sleeve anchor testing

Concrete stud anchor testing

Concrete expansion anchor testing

Concrete split drive anchor testing

Concrete strike anchor testing

Lag shield anchor testing

Structural assembly testing

Adhesive anchor testing

Our Team Is Flexible

Our state of the art servo-controlled hydraulic system with custom computer controls can actuate 3 axes simultaneously with each axis following a different loading profile.

Standard and custom designed loading profiles allow this system to meet all testing needs to determine the performance characteristics of an embedded anchor or structural component.

High speed data acquisition is used for all testing with acquisition speed of 10hz / channel and up to 1 MSa / second for transient and fully dynamic applications.

Able to meet your needs :

Our main structural testing facility consists of 2 warehouse laboratories, dock, and offices totaling over 10,000 ft². Within these facilities, we are able to custom design test media and perform product assessment programs to suit any application.

This includes testing pursuant to relevant ASTM, ACI, and International Code Council (ICC) Acceptance Criteria as well as unique assessment programs to evaluate performance in a specific in situ loading condition

Types of Concrete Anchor Tests :

  • Static/Seismic Tension and Shear in cracked and un-cracked concrete
  • Repeated Tension/Fatigue testing to preset cycle count or run-out
  • Creep Testing at any inservice temperature
  • Environmental Testing
  • Freeze-thaw
  • Decreased/Elevated Temperature
  • Humidity/Moisture
  • Aggressive environmental simulations
  • True simulated seismic loading conditions
  • Installation and testing in simulated field conditions • Custom Multi Axis Loading and one-of-a-kind testing

We want to make sure that every support throughout your new construction process can be effective and proven. Through these types of improvements in testing, we can make sure that you can continue to build with confidence.
